Shirley P. King, RPR, CLVS, FPR is a past President of the Florida Court Reporters Association headquartered in Orlando, Florida and a longtime member of the National Court Reporters Association. She is the Honorary Chair for Life of the Florida Court Reporters Association Ethics Committee and spearheaded the creation of Florida Court Reporters Association’s Florida Professional Reporter, FPR, certification program. This program is the first of its kind ever in the state of Florida and has been highly successful educating court reporters on their role in the legal process.
A regular contributor to the Florida Court Reporters Association magazine, Shirley has given national and state seminars and written many articles on the subject of court reporter ethics. You will find the subjects of these articles helpful in understanding the procedures and the Rules of Civil Procedure and Appellate Procedure that apply to court reporter responsibilities as applied to discovery and in the courtroom. Subjects such as what are the rights of a witness in reading and signing their deposition, who a court reporter can and cannot sell a copy of that transcript to, how to order excerpts and a host of other helpful subjects.

He has installed high definition equipment with multiple screens and all the bells and whistles. His efforts will assist you in connecting without having to travel anywhere but our office. Dennis can take you from the conference room to the courtroom with your presentation needs. He has experience in using our interactive electronic whiteboard for trial presentation. At the Viera courthouse Dennis was recently in charge of the trial presentation in a highly technical patent infringement case using our technology to present and define evidence inside the courtroom.
Lori Furbee, Invoicing Department makes sure that each client is billed appropriately for services. She has been with us in excess of ten years and definitely knows her stuff. She will be your source for questions on items listed on your invoices.
